Current Bundeschampion of Five Year-Old Dressage Horses
Licensing and stallion performance test winner – a unique stallion
Fürstenball represents pure fascination. At a maximum of
lightness and elasticity he embodies the modern dressage horse.
Milestones already line his still young career: After selling for a
record price of 110,000 Euro as auction foal, being celebrated
licensing winnner in 2008 and stallion performance test winner with
sensational dressage index scoring 154,98 points – 9.0 or higher a
total of 16 times and a perfect 10.0 for rideability – he became
Bundeschampion of five year-old dressage horses in 2011. He
received a top 9.5 for trot and overall impression, 10.0 for walk, 9.0
each for canter and submissiveness and won finally the championship
with a score of 9.4. Prior to this, he became Oldenburg Regional
Champion with 9.1.
Fürstenball's foals follow their sire's footsteps: At
the German Foal Championship he presented the champion colt
as well as another son among the top ten. 30,000 Euro was the price
for a Fürstenball foal at the Nördlinger Foal Auction, Fürst Primas
was sold for 21,000 Euro at the Vechta Summer Mixed Sales.
Fürstenball's successes do not happen by chance. Sire Fürst Heinrich
himself was Dressage World Champion and presented an exceptional mare
named Woodlanders Farouche, the 2011' World Champion for Young
Dressage Horses. Especially the dam line is a class of its own with
products like Oldenburg champion stallion Sieger Hit, second reserve
champion Hot Spot, high-priced foals and several others. Fürstenball
is also inbred to legendary dressage sire Donnerhall. Holsteiner and
thoroughbred genes add the final refining touch in the next
generations of his pedigree.
